Biography

Hello Everyone!
My name is Michael Bailey and I am a current student at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am in my Sophomore year of the Baking and Pastry Arts/ Food Service Management Program. When I started to think about Michael’s Bakes, I wanted to have somewhere that I could share all of the creations I make both at Johnson & Wales and at home. It has become a brand and a business for myself as the years have gone on. I started out just baking for family and friends, but I have slowly branched out into the industry and have started taking orders and sharing my love for baking with everyone!
