Sophomore Year: Week One!!

So this week marked the beginning of my Sophomore Year at Johnson & Wales University. I started out in my first lab, Entremets and Petits Gateaux with Chef Duke. I went into the class with some hesitation, but that hesitation went away quickly. I have been having so much fun in the class!! I had an expectation, but that expectation was exceeded. I cannot wait to see what the next five days have to offer, but I do know I do not want this class to end.
